Activity levels, availability, and prices may vary.  Details and payment information will be available to all Adventure Pass March 8, 2027. Side Quests may only be booked once your Adventure Pass is paid in full.

Cancellations with refunds, and itinerary changes, are available until June 9, 2027, 30 days before the Adventure Weekend begins. Within 29 days of the Adventure Weekend, SideQuest payments are non-refundable, while itinerary changes may be limited.

We’ve partnered with some of the coziest historic hotels in New Orleans for the Valley Bon Voyage Weekend! 

Each Host Hotel is locally owned, well-appointed, has a pool, is steeped in history in the heart of all the action, …and haunted.  Plus; they are all within walking distance to public transit and all things Valley Bon Voyage related, but they’re also far enough away from the bustle you’ll be able to sleep like the dead.

Exclusive Passholder Rates
Exclusive Host Hotel rates will be made available to Adventure Passholders starting March 8, 2027. Offers will be released in waves;  pricing, room types, and hotel locations may vary each round.

Additional Hotel Options
If you’d prefer a more modern, accessible, or luxurious property there are other options close by.  Let Fandom Adventures know what type of accommodation you’re looking for, and we’ll be happy to send a quote.   We can’t guarantee they won’t be haunted though… it is New Orleans after all.

To reserve your Valley Bon Voyage Adventure Pass, a non-refundable deposit of $120 USD per person is required.  The remaining balance is due no later than April 8, 2027, 90 days before the Valley Bon Voyage Weekend start date; July 9, 2027.  Passholders are welcome to pay in full, or choose the payment plan organized through Fandom Adventures, LLC.  

Once final payment is received, your $120 USD deposit will be applied to the total Valley Bon Voyage Adventure Pass price.  If you need to cancel before the final payment due date, April 8, 2027, Fandom Adventures, LLC will refund all payments made, less than the non-refundable deposit of $120 USD, to the payment method on file within 30 days of cancellation.

After the final payment date, April 8, 2027, 90 days before the Valley Bon Voyage Weekend start date, all payments are non-refundable.  

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but this policy applies to any Valley Bon Voyage Passholder that is unable to attend part or all of the Valley Bon Voyage Weekend for any reason, including travel issues, personal or family emergencies, illness, or injury.

Partial Valley Bon Voyage Adventure Passes are not available. Because this is a special weekend-long adventure with limited availability, Valley Bon Voyage Adventure Passes are offered as full weekend passes only.

All Adventure Passholders must be 21 years of age or older. Childcare will not be provided for this 21+ experience; however, we greatly look forward to welcoming ALL Valley Villagers to future Valley Bon Voyage Adventures, so stay tuned!

A Friendly Notice About New Orleans Accessibility
New Orleans, LA is one of the oldest cities in the United States, and its historic buildings, streets, and sidewalks are part of what makes the city so special.  Because many of these spaces are protected by preservation requirements, several of the Valley Bon Voyage event locations may have limited accessibility and may not include ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, or similar accommodations. 

We understand how important accessibility is, and we want every guest to have the information they need before booking.  For that reason, Fandom Adventures, LLC does not recommend the Valley Bon Voyage Adventure Pass for guests who need assistance with stairs, uneven walkways, or inaccessible spaces. Because refunds or rebates are not available within 90 days of the Adventure Weekend, or during the Adventure Weekend, we are sharing this in advance so guests can make the best decision for their comfort and needs.  We are truly sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience and sincerely hope to offer more inclusive Valley Bon Voyage experiences in the future.

Help Bring the Adventure to Life
We want this to feel like a true community-driven event, so we’re inviting volunteers to support the weekend experience vs hiring an outside events team.


Volunteer Pass
Selected Volunteers will receive a full free event pass in exchange for approximately 15 hours of volunteer work spread throughout the weekend.  If you’re interested, please inquire within.

Possible Volunteer Responsibilities
Tasks may include:
⇝ Staffing booths, check-in areas, Scavenger Hunt locations, or Side Quests

⇝ Light amount of setup and/or breakdown of event spaces, booths, or tables

⇝ Other event-support tasks assigned by the planning team

Travel and Lodging
Volunteers handle their own transportation to and from the Host City, lodgings, and work sites unless otherwise specified by Fandom Adventures after schedules are assigned.  Volunteers are also responsible for their own lodgings unless otherwise specified once volunteers are selected.  Host Hotel rates will be made available to all Volunteers.

Selection and Notification
The number of volunteers selected will depend on the final number of Event Passholders.  As final payments are received, we’ll assign the proper number of volunteers, up to a maximum of 15 volunteers.  All Volunteer applications will be notified about their status by May 10, 2027, 60 days before the event weekend.

Venue Staffing
Food, beverage, and security services will be staffed by each venue’s local team.
